Shipping Details

We ship all engraved gift orders within 3 business days. We will ship all Candle orders within 6 business days. Please allow an additional 2 business days for additions to an existing order. Changes cannot be made on engraving once the order has been received. Please note that candle orders will ship separately from engraved gift orders.

Please inspect all goods immediately. Any defects or damages must be reported within 5 business days of delivery date. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Any defective or damaged merchandise that is returned for inspection must be properly packaged. We will not be responsible for any further damages due to improper return packaging. Please call 973-396-2791 for return authorization. Returns will not be permitted without an RA number. Shipping charges incurred by customer for returns will be credited upon inspection and approval of the return. The Bridal Party Store will pay to ship replacements via UPS ground service only.

Please place gift and candle orders at least 3 weeks prior to their event date. This will help to alleviate rush shipping charges.

We process our credit card charges through PayPal and PayDirect. If you are paying by check, please write or type your order and send payment via check to the postal address below. We put a 5 business day hold on all checks.
